Day 1 · Thursday 8 October, Pyrmont

Welcome To Sydney NATGAT XX Parkour Jam!

We start at 50 Pirrama Rd with Stick Or Swim, the game from the Sydney Parkour qualifier. The Pyrmont Jam runs from 2:00 PM, the BBQ at 4:00 PM, and it closes at 6:00 PM.

We start under the Harbour Bridge, south side, at 10:00 AM, then work around the harbour by ferry: Kirribilli Lookout, Henry Lawson Reserve, and Balmain East for the swim. Runs to 5:00 PM.

The Spot Scavenger Hunt

Meet at the snake walls at 9:30 AM. Teams roam Rhodes with the KongQuest app from 10:00 AM, then lunch at Rhodes Waterside, where the scavenger hunt prizes are announced. The Women’s Jam runs 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Sandstone Slants, and the speed course and open jam run 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM back at the snake walls.

The Send-Off

Meet at Circular Quay at 9:30 AM and cross on the Manly ferry together. The jam runs by the volleyball courts until 1:00 PM, lunch is on The Corso, then Little Manly Beach from 2:00 PM, and NATGAT XX finishes there with the wharf jumps at Manly Wharf.

The National Gathering has run since 2006. Every year the community votes on a host city and the whole country travels in: new spots, new faces, the same reason for turning up. NATGAT XX is the twentieth, and it comes back to Sydney where it started.
