Every challenge is your call. You judge the spot, the day and whether to go.
This waiver applies whenever you train, film or compete through KongQuest. It is accepted when you create your account, and it sits alongside the Terms and the Privacy Policy. A specific event you attend in person may ask you to accept an event waiver as well.
Parkour is a physically demanding activity and it carries a real risk of injury. Every challenge, quest, workout and lesson on KongQuest is voluntary. You decide whether to attempt something, and walking away from any of it costs you nothing.
Most of what you do through KongQuest happens remotely: you train and you film wherever you are, on your own, and nobody from KongQuest is present. We cannot see your location, the surface, the water, the weather, the crowd or the equipment you are using.
Where a challenge carries points, a level or a grade, that number rates how hard the movement is. It is never a judgement that a particular spot is safe for you, on the day you are standing in front of it. You alone judge the area you film in, whether you are warmed up, and whether to go at all.
You accept that you take part at your own risk, and that to the extent the law allows, KongQuest is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from physical activity you choose to do. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read this with you and agree before you take part. Some KongQuest activities ask for guardian confirmation separately.
